Control panel Q - What control panel do you use ? A - The control panel we use is called cPanel. Q - How do I access my control panel? A - You can login to your control panel at http://yoursite.com/cpanel Q - Is there a manual I can reference to use Cpanel? Why? A - Go into your FTP options and see if passive mode is checked, if it is, uncheck it. If it is not checked, try checking it. Q - Why does my FTP fail to connect? A - If your FTP progam is not connecting properly, here are some possible reasons: 1. Your firewall could be blocking it. 2.
